I have created posters and marketing collateral for comedy shows and bands.
Since the streaming service Dropout’s inception, I’ve had the pleasure to create merchandise to support the brand. All merchandise seen here was commissioned for the hit series Dimension 20, including in-jokes that resonate with fans.
Art direction by Randy McKay.
I had the opportunity to update Cracked’s mascot for each thematic content week, ranging from Jurassic Park Week to Vintage Cartoon week.
In these two projects, I was commissioned to create visual assets to be used in TikTok videos.
In the first example, I created seven parody emojis based on Sam Reich’s comedic script “New Emojis I’d Like to See.” Although inspired by existing emojis in order to look realistic, each emoji was custom-made and entirely recreated. I worked with Sam on various edits to ensure that the emojis were reflective of his vision for the project.
For the second video, I created 24 images to to parody NFTs and crypto culture, using original artwork and editing creative common images. Following Elaine Carroll’s satirical script, I made four examples of eight increasingly ridiculous parodies of NFT collections, including Founding Fathers Looking Disappointed in the American Dream and Dead Rhinos.
Various album/singles images made for bands over the years.
I have created thousands of thumbnails and thumbnail templates for high-performing articles and videos, some of which have received millions of views. Here are a select few from Cracked. All photography are stock photos or promotional stills.
While at CollegeHumor, I was an illustrator and web comic editor. Using analytics, I wrote and illustrated high-performing, quick-turnaround comics that could be used both on site and direct to social media. Here are a select few.
For the comedy website Cracked, I designed the B2B sales deck that announces the company’s new branding, content strategy, and relevancy to advertisers.
Jacob Pauwels came to me looking for a logo for his TikTok channel. In his channel, he rolls a twenty-sided die to determine the toppings of a sandwich he must then eat. Together, we came up with a Dungeons & Dragons-inspired versatile logo. He also hired me to design his concept for a t-shirt to honor his worst creation.
As a fan of New York Liberty, I painted acrylic portraits of three of the players on gray fabric and designed an Instagram carousel for side scrolling display.
I’ve taken several Continuing Education courses at SVA in Children’s Illustration. I have a book dummy available upon request.
To fundraise for a cat rescue organization, I offered pet portrait commissions.
I created various seamless patterns for use in merchandise and illustrations.
